Herons Well Booking Information
Weekly bookings run from Friday to Friday, please contact me if another start date is required, if it is possible I will endevour to meet your needs.

Bookings are from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival until 10.00am on the day of departure. We would ask you to adhere to these times as we do need this period to prepare the barn for our next guests.
Please note that Short Breaks may not be available during peak holiday periods unless the booking is made within 14 days of the start of the holiday. |

The rental price is fully inclusive of gas electricity bed linen duvets and towels.
A cot and high chair are available if required; please advise me at time of booking.
A non refundable deposit of 30% of the Booking Fee is payable at the time of booking or within seven days of making a reservation. No reservation will be treated as confirmed until the deposit has been received.
A Security Bond of £200.00 is required with all Bookings. This is fully refundable following a satisfactory inspecton of Herons Well following your departure. This will be returned within seven days, minus any costs for breakages, damage, late check out or additional cleaning charges.
The Balance and Security Bond is payable in full eight weeks prior to arrival. If a booking is made within eight weeks of the arrival date, the total Booking Fee and Security Bond must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Payments can be made either by cheque made out to Herons Well, and sent to: Mrs Lavelle, Three Lanes End Farm, West Kirby, Wirral, CH48 1PT, or by bank transfer (please contact me for details). We also accept payment by Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Electron and American Express. There is no charge for taking payment with a debit card, but charges apply for processing a credit card.
The guests listed on the booking form are the only people permitted to use the property; if the guest list changes please advise me prior to your arrival. Breaches to these terms will result in the immediate termination of the contract.
Stag, Hen and Student parties are not permitted at Herons Well.
The barn is a pet free property.
Smoking is not permitted inside the barn.
Finally, you are assured of a warm and personal welcome from the resident owners. |
